You can buy chocolate frogs, wands, and your own set of Hogwarts robes.

The buildings are tall and crooked.

The main ride here is Harry Potter and the Escape from Gringotts.
It’s part coaster, part 3D ride, and takes you through the imposing vaults of the bank.
Overhead is a giant fire-breathing dragon that lets out a roar every few minutes.
And don’t miss Ollivander’s wand shop.
You can watch a wand choose a wizard, or buy one of your own to use at spell locations throughout the parks.
You can also explore Knockturn Alley.
Fans of the book will know that this alley is a darker, more sinister area compared to Diagon Alley.
It’s filled with shadows, spooky details, and special spell spots.
If you’re feeling hungry, why not duck into The Leaky Cauldron?
It serves traditional British food like fish and chips or shepherd’s pie.
And for drinks, grab some famous Butterbeer or an ice-cold Pumpkin Juice.
You can get between Hogsmeade and Diagon Alley by riding the Hogwarts Express.
It connects the two areas, but you’ll need a Park-to-Park ticket to ride.
The train ride is different each way, so make sure to take it in both directions if you can.
What’s Coming: Ministry of Magic at Epic Universe
A new addition to the Harry Potter World theme park is coming in 2025.
It will be called The Ministry of Magic and is part of Universal’s brand-new park, Epic Universe.
This area will be based on scenes from both the Harry Potter and Fantastic Beasts films.
The main attraction will be called Battle at the Ministry.
You’ll join Harry, Ron, and Hermione as they go after Dolores Umbridge in the Ministry.
There will be shops, dining spots, and a new ride system called the Métro-Floo.
Guests will enter the land through a Paris-inspired area and arrive at the Ministry by riding the Métro-Floo.
The land will include magic-themed performances, spell-casting, and one-of-a-kind shows like Le Cirque Arcanus.
It’s expected to be one of the most exciting parts of Epic Universe.
We don’t yet know exactly how many acres this land will cover.
But once it opens, it will make The Wizarding World of Harry Potter even bigger than before.
How Big is Harry Potter World Exactly?

Hogsmeade is about 20 acres, and Diagon Alley – despite being slightly smaller – also clocks in at 20 acres.
If we include the Hogwarts Express in the calculation, the current Harry Potter World takes up roughly 40 to 50 acres in total.
Universal Orlando Resort covers about 1,291 acres of land, so The Wizarding World of Harry Potter does, indeed, take up a fair chunk of it.
